O Ego tem sido o “guia” para o modo de vida dominante entre os seres humanos. Ele é a “voz” incessante nas nossas mentes que está constantemente julgando e captando os padrões de energia à nossa volta. Esses padrões de energia são as expectativas que são criadas para nós e por nós desde pequenos.

Quando nascemos neste planeta somos habilitados pelo Amor que é a maior força do universo para sermos seres completos dentro deste amor, é o direito divino para a nossa existência. Desde o nascimento a nossa essência é Divina, apenas porque é, porque existe.

Muitas culturas do mundo contam que houve uma mudança na terra que trouxe o domínio desse modo de vida que temos hoje: baseado no exterior e não na orientação interior que é Divina.

Procuramos sempre satisfazer o motivo pela nossa existência baseado neste modo de vida, mas como não leva em conta as necessidades de Amor e da nossa verdadeira essência espiritual, como seres espirituais que somos, não encontramos essa satisfação no mundo físico, sem que nos tornemos Um com a nossa essência espiritual.

Um dos momentos em que somos chamados a acordar pela nossa Verdadeira Essência / Alma, é ao nos depararmos com uma relação diferente de tudo o que imaginamos ser possível. Falo de uma ligação espiritual entre duas pessoas, seja uma relação entre Almas Companheiras ou Almas Gêmeas / Chamas Gêmeas. Este encontro tão gigantesco e avassalador para o Corpo Físico, é a chamada de atenção para que encontremos a nossa Verdadeira Essência e extinguamos a existência do Ego no nosso ser, para que então estejamos completos e prontos para a União Perfeita com a nossa outra metade. Um caminho totalmente possível e mais que necessário para reinstaurar o equilíbrio à volta da União, e consequentemente na Terra.

The Ego has been the “guide” to the dominant way of life among human beings. It is the incessant “voice” in our minds, which is constantly judging and catching energy patterns around us. These energy patterns are expectations created for us and by us since we are little.

When we are born in this planet we receive through Love, which is the highest force in the Universe, the right to be complete beings inside this Love, it is the Divine right and gift for physical existence.

Many cultures tell about a change on Earth that brought this way of life into being dominant until our days: based on outside focus and not inside guidance, that is the Divine Guidance.

We always seek to fulfill the reason why we were born based on this life style, and as it does not take in consideration the needs of Love and of our true spiritual essence, as spiritual beings that we are, we do not find fulfillment in the physical world, but by becoming One with our spiritual essence.

One of the moments in life we are invited to wake up by our True Essence / Soul, is when we are faced with a relationship different from everything we thought to be possible. A spiritual connection between two beings, a Soul Mate or a Twin Soul / Twin Flame relationship. This meeting that is so overwhelming for the physical bodies is the wake up call for us to meet our True Essence and extinguish Ego from our being, only then we become complete and ready for the Perfect Union with our other half. A path that is entirely possible and more than necessary to achieve balance within and around the Union and subsequently on Earth.

The idea of our having a dual identity as spiritual beings who also are experiencing a simultaneous, but temporary, adventure in the physical world is central to many spiritual teachings, including those presented in the book, Lessons from the Source: A Spiritual Guidebook for Navigating Life’s Journey.

This concept, along with the lessons about our unity with all creation and the constant availability of our good that were presented in earlier articles, are the foundational principles on which most of the other teachings in the book are based.

The Challenge of Remembering Our True Identity

The spiritual writings presented below explain this dual identity and describe our continuing challenge of maintaining an awareness of our spiritual self while functioning in the physical world. They remind us that there is no separation between the two worlds, even though the influence of mass consciousness conveys the impression that our physical identity is our only reality.

The following passages are taken verbatim from the first section of Chapter Two of Lessons from the Source.

The Physical and the Spiritual are One

The physical and the spiritual are one. They are not distinct entities, even though at times the physical aspect of your reality seems to be the entire reality. This is the challenge of this adventure: you must exist on the physical level until your time is up, yet living exclusively on the physical level misses the point. You are a spiritual being. You must remember and realize and accept that this is true, and then enjoy your adventure on the physical plane from the perspective of the spiritual, which is the true source of all of your good. Do not allow yourself to be deceived by the illusions.

There is No Separation

The separation of the physical and spiritual worlds seems to you to be complete, yet these worlds are separated only by a wisp of smoke in your consciousness. And that separation is one that you have created as part of the mass consciousness. In truth, there is no separation. You are in both worlds, both realms, simultaneously, yet you know it not. The inner direction that you receive is your consciousness at the spiritual level responding to the good that is always available on that plane.

Eternally Spiritual, Temporarily Physical

If you can integrate into yourself the reality that you are always on that plane, just as you are temporarily on the physical plane as well, you will understand and accept that your good is always accessible to you. If you see yourself exclusively as a physical creature in a physical world, however, you will remain convinced that you, in conjunction with other persons and conditions to whom you have ascribed power, are responsible for making your good happen. How much more simple it is to simply accept and understand that, as a spiritual being, you can call upon your good and claim it and make it part of you in a process that is as natural as breathing.

Yes, you have to work to bring your consciousness to that point. But that is the challenge of the physical plane – to be able to overcome its false restrictions and move beyond them and allow your being to flow gently with the current of light and love and peace and happiness.

A Thin Veil, Rather Than a Great Divide

It is such a thin veil that separates the physical plane from the spiritual, but it seems like such a great divide to you while you are on earth. If you could remove yourself only a small bit from your physical “reality,” you, too, would be amused at your struggles. To observe yourself would be like watching a movie of yourself in a past situation of difficulty during which you had no idea how to proceed. As you view it, you understand in retrospect what the factors were that contributed to your confusion and distress, and you can see how easily it all could have been resolved with a proper perspective and understanding.

Este é o desafio desta aventura: você deve existir no nível físico até chegar a sua hora, mas viver exclusivamente no nível físico perde o objetivo. Você é um Ser Espiritual. Você deve lembrar-se e reconhecer e aceitar que isso é verdade, e então aproveitar a sua aventura no plano físico de uma perspectiva espiritual, que é a fonte de todo o seu Bem. Não se deixe enganar pelas ilusões.

Não Há Separação

A separação dos mundos físico e espiritual lhe parece completa, mas estes mundos são separados apenas por um fio na sua consciência. E esta separação foi criada por você como parte da consciência coletiva. Na verdade, não há separação. Você está em ambos os mundos, ambos os reinos, simultaneamente, mas você não sabe. A orientação interior que você recebe é a sua consciência no nível espiritual respondendo ao Bem que está sempre disponível naquele plano.

Eternamente Espiritual, Temporariamente Físico

Se você consegue interiorizar em si a realidade de que você está sempre naquele plano, da mesma maneira que você está temporariamente no plano físico também, você vai entender e aceitar que o seu Bem está sempre acessível pra você. Se você vê a si mesmo exclusivamente como uma criatura num mundo físico, entretanto, você vai continuar convencido de que você, juntamente com outras pessoas e condições a quem você atribuiu poder, é responsável por fazer o seu Bem acontecer. Quanto mais simples é simplesmente aceitar e entender que, como um ser espiritual, você pode contar com o seu Bem e clamar por ele, e fazê-lo parte de você num processo que é tão natural quanto respirar.

Sim, você tem que trabalhar para trazer a sua consciência a este ponto. Mas este é o desafio do plano físico – ser capaz de superar as falsas restrições e ir para além delas e permitir ao seu ser fluir gentilmente com a corrente de Luz e Amor e Paz e Felicidade.

Mais como Um Véu Fino do que uma Grande Separação

É tão fino o véu que separa o plano físico do plano espiritual, mas ele parece uma grande separação pra você enquanto você está na Terra. Se você pudesse retirar-se, por apenas um momento da sua “realidade” física, você mesmo iria achar graça das suas próprias batalhas. Obervar-se seria como assistir um filme de você mesmo em uma situação passada de dificuldade durante a qual você não tinha ideia do que fazer. Enquanto você vê isso, você compreende em retrospectiva quais fatores contribuiram para a sua confusão e angústia, e como você então vê quão facilmente a situação toda poderia ter sido resolvida com a perspectiva apropriada e compreensão.

Pure Love, no explanations or reasons, just Love… Know it was Love that created you, that gave you the opportunity to change things, and gives you this opportunity each moment, each second… Where is this Love? You ARE this Love, Creation and Manifestation, beginning and end, even if you have “lost your memory” 🙂 make of your thoughts and actions to yourself, the reflection of the Love that created you, the manifestation of this Love.

Firstly, Be Love and Light to yourself, be kind and respectful to yourself, your Essence is the Divine Essence. Hold this state of reverence towards your being, and this relationship is going to be reflected in your relationship with All that is… and as we already know, everything we give we receive back 😉

When we think of changing our life for better we tend to think in physical change, what will happen around us when the change takes place. This happens because we are used to change taking time, and because we focus on the outside, what happens outside us is where we want to see changed.

Of course it is good to see the change, although, we strive to understand the change begins inside, it comes when we realize that we are the precious diamond to be polished, the more we “want” to see the change outside the more the real need is to look inside and love your self, the kind of Love that is Divine, the love that is with us since we are born on Earth to experience our Divine existence. When we find this pure Love again, this pure purpose inside us and the inner change happens, it will reflect on the outside beautifully.

Quando pensamos em mudar a nossa vida pra melhor, tendemos a pensar numa mudança física, no que vai acontecer à nossa volta quando a mudança acontecer. Isso porque estamos acostumados ao fato de que mudanças levam tempo, e porque nos concentramos no que está fora de nós, o que vai acontecer fora de nós é onde queremos ver a mudança.

É claro e natural que queiramos ver a mudança física acontecer, mas demoramos para entender que a mudança começa por dentro, e ela vem quando nos damos conta que somos o diamante mais precioso a ser polido, quanto mais queremos ver a mudança a nossa volta, maior a verdadeira necessidade de olhar para dentro e amar a nós mesmos, um amor divino, o amor que nos pôs na Terra para que experimentássemos a nossa existência Divina, humana e espiritual. Quando reencontramos este Amor puro, este propósito puro dentro de nós e a mudança interior acontece, ela então também vai se refletir fora de nós.

Os Sete Chakras – The Seven Chrakras

No nosso corpo existem 7 pontos centrais principais de energia.

There are 7 energy centers in our bodies.

São os sete principais Chakras. Cada “sujeirinha” que acumulamos no nosso corpo e mente bloqueia a capacidade de funcionarmos em Luz e Amor que são parte do nosso verdadeiro estado de existência. Limpando estas “sujeirinhas”, medos, dúvidas,  julgamentos, pensamentos e formas de pensamento, atingimos o alinhamento da energia espiritual no corpo físico, ajudando na nossa verdadeira e completa experiência na Terra.

They are the main 7 Chakras. Each “impurity” that we accumulate in our bodies and minds blocks our ability to function in Love in Light that are part of our true state of existence. When we clear these impurities, fears, doubts,  judgements, thoughts, thought forms, we attain the alignment of spiritual energy in our physical bodies, assisting us in our truthful and complete existence on Earth.

Existem técnicas e meios de abrir e expandir os chakras, causando bem estar na interação conosco mesmos e com o mundo. Prestando atenção na nossa respiração, e trazendo a frequência respiratória para um passo calmo e focando a Luz Divina envolvendo o chakra.

And we clear them using some tools to open and expand the chakras, bringing well being to our interaction with ourselves and with the world we live in. Paying attention to our breathing, and bringing breath frequency into a calm pace, focusing on the Divine Light surrounding the chakra.

O objetivo é existir em equilíbrio como Um, como somos uma Unidade com tudo o que existe. 

The goal is to function in balance as one, as we are a Unit and One with All that is.

Muladhara

O primeiro chakra situa-se na base da espinha, é chamado o chakra raiz. Trabalhamos neste chakra para atingirmos a independência e a auto-suficiência entre outros aspectos.

The first chakra is at the base of the spine, it is called the root chakra. We work on this chakra to achieve the independence and self-sufficiency, among other aspects.

Svadhisthana

 O segundo Chakra, abaixo do umbigo, é onde estão centradas as nossas emoções, e onde trabalhamos para obter o controle dos nossos “humores”, de grande importância para alcançarmos  o equilíbrio.

The second chakra below the navel, is the area where our emotions are reflected, and where we work to have control of our “moods” feelings and reactions, of great meaning to achieve inner and outer balance. 

Manipura

Chamado o terceiro chakra localiza-se na região da base das costelas, é o chakra a ser trabalhado para atingirmos o equilíbrio e os resultados mais desejados nas nossas ações, a segurança de si, o poder.

Called the third chakra, the power chakra, above the navel, is the chakra responsible for the balance and most desired results in our actions, self-confidence, power.
